Admission Procedure
The student has to register first by obtaining the registration form available in the school office. It may also be downloaded from the website. The registration form must be filled and submitted to the office. No student can be considered for admission unless he or she is registered in advance. Registration by itself does not guarantee admission.
Thereafter, an assesment on scholastic achievement will be arranged for the student. Admission is granted on the basis of performance in the assesment, the previous year’s result and interaction of the student along with his/her parents with the Principal on campus. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding in this respect.
School Admission Eligibility
a) Pre-Primary (Nursery / LKG / UKG)
- Age criteria
- LKG: 4+ years
- Nursery: 3+ years
- UKG: 5+ years
- Documents Required
- Birth certificate
- Aadhaar (student/parent, where applicable)
- Address proof
- Passport-size photographs
- No academic qualification required.
b) Primary School (Class I to V)
- Class I: Minimum age usually 6 years
- Higher classes: Promotion from the previous class
- Documents:
- Previous school report card (for transfers)
- Transfer Certificate (TC), if applicable
c) Secondary & Senior Secondary (Class VI to XII)
- Class VI–VIII
- Pass certificate from the previous class
- Class IX
- Completion of Class VIII from a recognized board
- Class XI
- Pass in Class X (CBSE/COHSEM /BOSEM)
- Stream-specific eligibility:
- Science: Minimum percentage in Mathematics and Science (often 50–60%)
- Commerce: Mathematics often preferred or required
- Arts/Humanities: Generally no subject restrictions
General Guideline for Seeking Admission
- Candidate are required to submit application in the prescribed form available in the Admission Office
Document required at the time of admission
- Recent coloured passport size photo
- Recent coloured stamp size photographs
- Recent coloured stamp size photograph of both parents
Attested photo copies:
- HSLC / equivalent age proof certificate.
- 10+2 or equivalent certificate and mark sheet
- Migration/Transfer certificate from the BOARD/ COUNCIL last attended
- Mark statement of Entrance Test
- Original Certificate and document should be produced at time of verification
Class Attendance:
- Minimum attendance shall be 80% for each subject in order to be eligible for council examination
