Temple Educational Society established a school under the name Temple of Learning for 10 + 2 standard in the year 2007 which was affiliated to Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur and recognised by the Govt. of Manipur. Since inception, the school has produced 13 toppers and more than 2000 students of 10 + 2 standards. The Society also have the willingness to establish a collage for higher studies so as to enable the students who hails from the families of low income group and rural areas of Manipur for getting admission. 

   As per available records, there are 13 Government colleges having 10 + 2 courses, 33 Non-Government colleges having 10 + 2 courses, 27 Government Higher Secondary Schools and 67 Non Government Higher Secondary Schools in the State. Altogether, 140 Institutes are offering courses for 10 + 2 standard. A large number of students passed out from these Institutes to go outside the State for further study which creates a lot of burden to the families. The proposed TOL Degree College is surrounded by 44 Higher Secondary Schools. In the state under COSHEM and CBSE every year rond 40,000 students have appeared 10 + 2 standards. However, there are very less premier Colleges/Institutions which can render good quality education to the students who have ambition of good quality but could not go beyond the State because of their family condition. Moreover, the existing Colleges/Institutions could not absorbed the above passed out 10 + 2 students. In view if the above facts, the College is willing/intending to impart better quality education to the students with Degree courses.

  Considering the needs of hour to absorb the changing scenario in the State, like emerging Free Trade Zone, Look East/Act East Policy, Industrialisation and promotion of Entrepreneurs, the Management Courses is highly required. To fill up a part of the above gaps in the State, the Institute wants to introduce B.B.A, B.A B.Sc Courses from the year 2018-19.
